POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Department of Theater and Dance invites applications for a position to teach a text/scansion class during spring quarter, 2024.
Work will be in person on the UCSB campus; compensation will not include travel and housing expenses. Information about the UCSB Department of Theater and Dance is available through the Department’s web page: http://www.theaterdance.ucsb.edu/
The Department is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community. Salary is based on UC’s salary scales and depends on qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
MFA in theater/performance art, or a minimum of 5 years professional experience as either a speech/voice/dialect instructor, or a college/university teacher.
Certifications or designations in Fitzmaurice, Linklater, Rodenburg, or Knight Thompson Speechwork.
